Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the
One Daydream Campaign Reporter ("the app", "we", "us") at
reports.onedaydream.com.au.
1. The service
The app is a campaign reporting tool for Meta ads. It lets the authorised account owner connect their Meta business assets and generate performance reports from data accessed via the Meta Marketing API.
2. Acceptable use
You may use the app to:
- Connect Meta ad accounts you own or are authorised to manage
- Generate, view, and share campaign performance reports for those accounts
- Request deletion of your data at any time (see Data Deletion Instructions)
You may not:
- Connect Meta accounts you do not own and have not been authorised to manage
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract data beyond what the app exposes
- Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the app
- Use the app to violate Meta's Platform Terms or any applicable law
3. Service provided "as is"
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data displayed will be accurate or complete. Performance metrics are sourced from the Meta Marketing API and presented in good faith based on data available at the time of report generation.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of the app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the app — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Total liability shall not exceed any fees you have paid to use the app, which is currently provided at no charge.
5. No affiliation with Meta
The One Daydream Campaign Reporter is an independent third-party application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or Instagram. "Facebook", "Instagram", "Meta", and the Marketing API are trademarks of their respective owners. The app uses the Meta Marketing API under Meta's Platform Terms and policies.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
